The mission of Chang's Tae Kwon Do America is to help each student become the best they can be.
Our Taekwondo classes for adults provide a great workout in a traditional martial arts class format that is fun as well as challenging. From the first class you will feel stress relief, and over the weeks and months your overall fitness, focus, and self-confidence will continue to grow. Each student begins at a different place, but we all work together in class to challenge and encourage one another. Whether you are a current or former athlete in martial arts, dance or another sport, or are looking for ways to overcome a sedentary lifestyle, you will find that Taekwondo increases your speed, strength, balance, flexibility, endurance, reflexes and coordination. Whether you are in your 20's, 30's, 40's, 50's or even 60-plus, Taekwondo training is for you.
